The house can accomodate a maximum of 6 people. Check-in after 2:00 pm, check-out before 12:00 pm, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellation
100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date by 11:59 AM (property's local time). 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date by 11:59 AM (property's local time). Please contact us.
Maintenance & Repairs
Every effort is made to keep equipment in working order. Repairs will be made as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that TVs, appliances, etc. will not break down, and therefore no refunds or adjustments will be made for mechanical failure or for situations beyond our control (power outages, insects, roosters, rainstorms...). No Smoking
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOUSE: Please respect this requirement or we will reluctantly have to retain your security deposit. We also ask everyone to respect the honored Hawaiian tradition of always REMOVING SHOES while in the house.
The beach house is not to be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or other group events. All bookings will be charged a $750 cleaning fee.
P.S. Many of our guests return year after year. They tell us: "This is the most beautiful beach house in the world."
